Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I know that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things you will ever do, and I want to help make that experience as smooth and successful as possible. I admit that the things that I love with my profession is the smile and enjoyment of a new family buying their new home; the gratitude from families growing into their second home and the satisfaction that clients get when they have to sell their home and all they have to do is sign because all the leg work has been done for them.
My interest in realty grew after my husband and I sold our first home. I then worked in one of the top real estate firms in Midland. Now, I work as a Midland Realtor where my primary responsibility (towards the clients) is satisfying their wants and needs when it comes to buying or selling their new home. I make selling the “Tall City” an enjoyable experience. My experience in the Midland real estate firms helped me grow in the industry. One of the best things that brought me to where I am right now based on experience are my superb communication skills. There are actually several skills I’ve learned in the past that helped me get here, however the one that stands out is communication and the importance of having communication with one person. It is the same as with any career you need to have communication with your client or you’re not doing your job. In the real estate industry, if you are not directly talking with your client and you have an assistant or someone else handling the paperwork with you then there’s a probability of having miscommunications and dissatisfied customers. This job is definitely not easy but I can handle it because there is not anything that frustrates me; I enjoy the opportunity to work with every client one on one.

The client doesn’t get their new home or have the satisfaction of selling their home. Time gets wasted for everyone involved forcing all parties to start over and lose time and money in the long run.
